运输与订单处理时间
运费取决于目的地国家和送货方式。您可以选择送货方式，并根据购物车页面查看运费。在结账过程中，您输入送货地址后将列出可用的运输方法和交货时间。

当您在全球商店下订单时，我们将从中国汇合您的订单。在这种情况下，您需要根据您的国家进口政策支付当地海关收集的海关费用和税费。在其他商店中，产品价格已包含进口税，您不需要再支付进口税。（瑞士和挪威客户需要在欧洲店铺的地方订单但欧盟增值税豁免时需要支付进口税和职责）

退货政策
我们在交货日期后30天内接受返回。
有资格获得返回，您的商品必须未使用，并在您收到的情况下。它还必须在原包装中。
如果您希望退回项目，您必须先与我们联系至support@tiertime.com以获取退货商品授权（RMA）。未经授权的退货不符合退款条件。
项目净值的20％将被扣除为RESTOCKING费用。您还需要负责退货运费，我们不能退还任何运费。
缺陷物品退货政策

有缺陷/损坏的物品在交货日期的30天内可退货。没有明显缺陷的物品的回报将在20％的补货费中进行20％，并将从退款金额中扣除。
请注意，您将负责退货运费，我们无法退还您最初支付的运费以收到订单。只有退款项目的价格将退还。
