How to rollback printer software
I need to rollback my software. I updated to the current 2.4.22.351 and I've had nothing but trouble. I can't get a single print out. I constantly lose connection, the printer prints the wrong thing. The list of issues goes on and on. I've never had an issue before but this firmware has got to be replace. Please help!

Sorry for the troubles, but you can uninstall the current one, and then download previous software to install from here://www.wenxuezihua.com/downloads/software-archive/
If you don't mind could you email us (elaine.zhou(at)tiertime.net) the problems you had with 2.4.22.351?
