Print fails 1/3 way through everytime

I have two up2 mini printers and they both stop extruding filament about 1.5-2in off of the build plate but will continue running as if printing and say that it was a successful print. Why do they both fail at roughly the same point and on almost each print?

Have you checked your extruder unit? Or could you DM us your model for test purpose?
