Calibration - build plate too low to reach nozzle

Hi, I just received the UP300 yesterday. The printer will not calibrate because the maximum height of the build plate is approx. 25mm below the pre-installed nozzle. It therefore never reaches the nozzle for either leveling or distance calibration. The maximum input for nozzle height is 240mm but this will not allow the plate to reach the nozzle.
