I have one clients with this error :

犯错OR: Data transfer failure (6): Failed to send cmd to printer

USB cable and port are fine : studio and windows recognize the printer.

First let the customer upgrade the touchscreen to the latest version 1.3.22.

then check the SD card inserted on the mainboard if got loose or slip from the slot, try to reinsert the SD card to make it stable.
